SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All items are handmade to order. The time we need to prepare an order varies. Most items will be created and ready for shipment within 5 - 8 business days. For larger wall hangings, processing time is 4 - 6 weeks, unless otherwise discussed.

Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States via USPS. (We only ship in the USA) We ship on Mondays & Fridays, except major U.S. holidays. Wall Hangings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the prices available.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at knottingwellcreations@gmail.com with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.

Be aware that we are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier such as additional fees and taxes or lost packages. We’re not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox.

Knotting-Well Creations is not responsible for delays due to the carrier. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim with most of transport companies. If your package has been delayed and you do not have the package when expected, please contact knottingwellcreations@gmail.com and we will try to get as much information as possible and file the claim when necessary.
