All items sold by Knotting-Well Creations are handmade and made to order. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
